Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper(USPS), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refund Policy

We will refund your payment (item purchase price only) or exchange your item if you are not 100% satisfied up to 2 weeks (14 Days) after you receive your item. ***You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and ensuring items are appropriately packed and returned in their original condition. If items are damaged in shipping back to us, you will loose your ability to receive a full refund. If the item is damaged when you receive it, contact us immediately so we can do a claim to USPS.    All damaged or missing items need to be paid through insurance. We use USPS Priority on our jewelry organizers, that includes $50 insurance for domestic postage only. If you have a damaged jewelry organizer, you must notify us within 14 days from the shipping date on your tracking number, no exceptions. There is only a small window of opportunity to work with USPS claims, so this is very important that we can get the claim registered within the timeframe. So please let us know of any issues as soon as possible. We will only work with the original purchaser, so if you received this as a gift, please contact the person who purchased the product from our shop so we can work with them directly. Thank you.

 Please do keep in mind that every computer monitor displays colors a bit differently, so what you see on the screen could conceivably vary a little bit. Also check your area so you know that the item will fit in your décor.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


~When would you receive your package  Packages going inside the United States will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY and packages going outside the United States such as Australia, Canada, etc. are shipped USPS First Class and you will be given the Customs number. For international orders if you wish to have a tracking number it’s available for an extra fee as it’s only available for faster shipping services. Note: Once we place the item in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS,Customs and your countries postal carrier.


 ~Shipping insurance  Shipping insurance is  included in the shipping price for all United States orders. If you would like to add insurance to an international orders, it is an additional charge, please contact me immediately upon purchase if you would like to add it. Once I place the item in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS, not us.


-Signature confirmation We provide you the options for Signature confirmation for your items  when shipped.  If you prefer that an item is not just left on your doorstep and like to make sure someone is home to receive your package, please choose the option for signature confirmation when checking out from the drop down menu. We are not responsible for package once placed in the mail, they are out of our control, once it is arrives at your residence. Again we are not responsible for an item that is lost or stolen. We are not responsible if the item is not picked up at the post office in time, if you were not home the first time and returned to us, you will have to pay for shipping all over again, if you wish to have the item sent back to you.    

~Shipping Address  Your package will be shipped to the address provided on the receipt of your order. Please double check if it’s the correct address, we are not responsible if you gave us the wrong address. If packages are returned to us for any reason you are responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.


International Buyers, Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility .Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. DO NOT confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior…
